OVERVIEW

John E. Bumbaugh Jr. is an associate practicing attorney in the Corporate, Personal Injury, Litigation and Estates & Trusts departments at Bumbaugh & Nicola. Prior to becoming an associate attorney at the law firm, John was employed at a law clerk working in the firm’s Corporate Law department.

During the course of Johns practice as an associate attorney, he has successfully represented small to midsize corporations and LLC’s in areas ranging from entity inception to orchestrating sales and/or dissolutions. John has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of litigation of personal injury matters and estate administration. Additionally, he is currently an active member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association.

John is a second-generation attorney practicing at Bumbaugh and Nicola. He earned his law Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and participated in a law school legal clinic to provide pro bono criminal expungement services to individuals attempting to obtain gainful employment. John earned a B.A. from Saint Vincent College with a major is Business Management and two minors in Operational Excellence and Marketing. While at Saint Vincent, John received the Saint Vincent Law Scholar award.
